PROBLEM
Marketing content not resounding with customers or prospects because it is designed to meet pipeline sales goals rather than help customers understand their spending data and manage budgets accordingly. While the "other" or "miscellaneous" expense categories are always high, this category more than doubled across all verticals between 2019 and 2020 due to an influx of expense program users and new areas of spending created by the global pandemic.
STRATEGY
Use the top three areas of spend for each segment to inform organizations as to how to adjust their expense programs to accommodate a post-pandemic workplace
SOLUTION
Create vertical-specific tip sheets identifying these expense areas, explain why there was a change in simple language, along with clear best practices as to what to do next in order to adjust spend programs to the new normal.
